When I saw this place was going to open in town, my first thing was great, another Asian restaurant, just what we need in Arlington Heights. Well my boys wanted food from a place two doors down yesterday and I stopped in here for some vegetable fried rice. A solid fried rice with really fresh ingredients and not buried in soy sauce. Today the family decided to get take-out from Chopstix and it was mixed reviews, though all positive. We ordered egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, steamed pot stickers, beef and broccoli, and sweet and sour chicken. I don't eat sweet and sour chicken, though the family really liked it. The boys and I really liked the beef an broccoli, though my wife didn't care for the beef so much. Again nice fresh broccoli in the dish, really nice. The steamed pot stickers are the best we have gotten from any Asian restaurant in the area. The sauce they served with it had fresh garlic in it, nice flavor. I had the hot and sour soup, it was okay. Again fresh ingredients, but it was over thickened (imo) which gave it to much of a gelatin texture, I think the egg drop may have been the same from what I could see. The boys enjoyed that and said they liked it. All and all a good dinner, we surely will be back and I have already told some people at work about it. It will be interesting on how the food matures as the business grows. I hope they keep up the good work.

Excellent food the lunch specials are the best deal and the crab Rangoon are so good. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. Mostly carry out but they do have some tables to eat in.

It is rare to find a Chinese restaurant that does not saturate the food in MSG. I was happy to discover that they do not cook with it at all. The service on the phone was friendly, they delivered our order fast and hot and the food was really yummy. I like flavorful food rather than bland and mild. The Kung Pao was spicy with a good variety of crunchy and fresh vegetables. The Mongolian Beef was a great mix of sweet and mildly spicy. I also enjoyed the potstickers and fried rice. We will be ordering again.

This place is a hit! We have been ordering from Here since they first opened and have never been disappointed. Quality is great. Fresh and authentic. Quantity is very generous so you always have plenty leftover. We usually deliver and they are the fastest I've ever seen. I've never had my order given incorrectly. My little ones love their wings and noodles. On cold winter nights their chicken soup is great and very hardy at a very low cost. Hunan beef is flavorful. I like their Kung pao. Sweet n sour chicken is great because sauce comes on side so it's not all soggy by the time you eat it. Hands down though crab wontons...wow! Best I've ever had. They even have a side sauce they make, unlike other places that give you a generic packet of sweet and sour. They are also very appreciative of your business which I find a rarity these days.

Saw this place driving by and then got an ad in the paper. We ordered a variety of dinners. Prices are reasonable, but the flavor was ehh. Nothing we had was amazing, but nothing was disgusting. Well.. The egg rolls were a little odd tasting and basically all cabbage. The most disappointing meal we had from here was the orange beef. It had such a strong citrus flavor that it overpowered the dish. I can't say i'd recommend it to anyone, but I also couldn't give it less than 2 stars because some stuff was good. Best dishes: General Tso's and Mongolian beef Worst dishes: orange chicken and egg foo young.

We have been here several times in the last month and have found the food to be very consistent and the staff very friendly. The general tso's chicken and the spicy Szechwan beef are our favorites so far. We also enjoyed the egg foo young which is served a bit differently, the sauce and patties are in separate containers and the patties are very light and crisp. Not what I was used to but we enjoyed the flavor and crisp texture, we will definitely try them again. The lunch special is an excellent value at 5.95 but I do believe that in order to fill orders quickly some of the items are partly prepared in advance, so the quality isn't quite as good as the slightly more expensive entrees. A trade off, I would still order the lunch special but I felt the same food prepared as a dinner at 9.95 was a little fresher tasting. Just an opinion.... We will definitely be back to try more things

Recently ordered the shrimp egg foo young lunch special and it was the best I've ever had!

I ordered here for the first time. Liked that they offer many selections in half portion size. The sweet and sour chicken was lacking vegetables in the sauce and only had 5 pieces of pineapple. The sauce was bland and the chicken was not crispy. The egg roll filling was under seasoned. The cashew chicken had a good variety of vegetables and a tasty sauce I wish there was more cashews to balance the dish. The chicken fried rice lacked flavor and a variety of vegetables.

Good food, generous portions, always hot/fresh and affordable. The people that run it are super nice and you can understand the phone answerer which is not always the case with Chinese takeout.

Food is decent but they have a bunch of incompetent fools that work and drive for them. We live 2 miles away and they never find our condo....even though we heard of them because they left menus downstairs. I once had to text them my address and another time I had to drive to a place to meet the driver. The food is OK but not worth the hassle. They need to do better at their customer service. If you order DO NOT get delivery just go and pick it up as you will have to drive either way.

Food at this place is excellent. Crab Rangoon one of the best and HUGE!! Portion sizes are very large and for the price it's well worth it. Great carry out Chinese for a quick meal.

This place is a bargain! Very reasonably priced! There are typically great coupons in the menu. This place has exceptionally fast service. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for anything (typically only about 10 minutes after placing an order). They gave me a free coke today for no reason! They are super nice here! I love this place!

We ordered here in a pinch. Our usual place was closed and don't think we would do it again. Meager portions for a takeout Chinese place. Eh

We decided to give Chopstix a try and were highly impressed. Best service we've ever had for take out, anywhere. Chopstix was superior today and with very reasonable prices. Excellent, friendly service which made me feel extremely welcome and that they really appreciated my business. I haven't had Egg Foo Young in years and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed the Pad Thai and their shrimp egg rolls were fantastic! When I ordered egg rolls they volunteered that there are 2 in our lunch special and did I think that would be enough - that was perfect. Most places would rather take the extra revenue but I love that Chopstix would much rather have my repeat business! They also surprised me by saying they owed me a couple sodas with the lunch special... I hadn't noticed that on the take out menu but it sure was appreciated when offered. The little things in life really do matter. My favorite sales and service training guru, Jeffrey Gitomer has the best phrase for Chopstix: "People hate to be sold, but they love to buy!" I can't wait to go back. On an NPS scale of 0 to 10, Chopstix gets a very enthusiastic 10!!

This place is FANTASTIC. Now only is the place extremely clean, the staff is extremely friend. They have a great reasonably priced menu. I love the lunch special and that you can get that for dinner for $2 more. The entire menu is delicious and amazing, I cannot say enough good things. I will continue to have my family and neighbors order from you. Keep the great food coming!

I decided to try Chopstix after it opened so close to me recently and I am so glad I did! The food is delicious and very reasonable, the service is great and the people are very friendly. The place we used to get Chinese food delivered from was mediocre at best so I am excited to have a good place nearby.

Just tried Chopstick for the first time tonight - service was nice, restaurant was very clean and the food was great! So fresh! Dinner was a good value and the takeout line stayed busy. A neighborhood gem, we'll definitely be back.

We have tried this place a couple times due to the convenience factor of living close by. I don't think I will be going back. My husband does like the hot and sour soup and the egg drop soup is ok, but we've had better. The shrimp fried rice was very greasy and had way too many onions. Egg rolls....not so good. If you're craving some average greasy Chinese food, they will make your order in 10 mins. If you're willing to wait longer for some quality Chinese food, there are a couple other places close by that are much better. I'm sorry Chopstick! Staff is super nice.

Just moved into the area and was very happy to have found this place, have become a regular customer

I would give this place 5 stars for their crab rangoon. But I have to take 1 away for the Mongolian beef because the beef was not as tender as some other places. The fried rice was greasy but that's fine. It is expected of Chinese fried rice to be greasy. Kids really love it. Could you a little more soy sauce but that's ok. The Kung Pao chicken was really good. Very flavorful and the meat was nice and tender. The bbq pork was delicious. It reminded me of a Thai bbq pork with rice and red sauce dish. One complaint, leave out the lettuce. The smell of wet soggy lettuce is not that great. Staff are great. I didn't have to repeat myself gazillion times like some other chinese restaurant. Quick delivery and friendly delivery person. They said half an hour to 40 minutes but they arrived at my house in 15 minutes. Granted I live 2 blocks from them but I was still impress. For the price that I paid and the amount of food that I get, I will definitely go back.

Quick and friendly service! Not much for seating which was not a problem, as most people came for take out during the lunch hour. I ordered the chicken with pea pods lunch special with came with a choice of rice and am egg roll and a soda for less than $7. The place is clean and the food was fresh, great taste, not heavy and digested well. Overall great experience and food! I will be making this a regular lunch spot.
